UX & UI Design / Website Development / Art Direction

The AVE Living team approached us to strengthen the clarity of their digital experience, ensuring users could easily understand and navigate their two core offerings: long-term leases and short-stay accommodation. We conducted research and disocvery activites and then reworked the site structure, UX flows and content hierarchy, delivered UI design, and partnered with a trusted third-party development team to bring the new experience to life.

My role & responsibilities

The PM Challenges

I led the programme from start to finish, structuring the work, aligning stakeholders and ensuring the UX and UI teams had the clarity and space they needed to do great work. The main challenge was simplifying how two distinct stay models were communicated without overwhelming users or diluting the offer. I supported the strategic direction, facilitated key decisions, and kept the team focused on creating clear, intuitive journeys.

My role was to bring structure, simplify complexity and maintain momentum across phases so the final experience balanced user needs with commercial priorities.
