Content Production / Brand Film & Photography / Creative Development

Apes Hill engaged us to create a brand film and photography suite to support the launch of their evolving resort and hospitality offering. The brief combined luxury storytelling with real-estate positioning, requiring a visual narrative that showcased the lifestyle, environment and property while working around an active, partially completed site. Our work spanned creative development, casting, styling and multi-location production in Barbados.

My role & responsibilities

The PM Challenges

As the agency producer, I led the programme from concept through delivery, balancing creative ambition with on-the-ground realities. I supported creative development, casting, styling and shot planning, ensuring the visual direction remained high-end and cohesive across film and photography.

Working with a third-party production team, my role centred on coordination, quality control and clear communication — keeping the client confident, simplifying decision-making and ensuring the work remained aligned to the original ambition. I provided structure and momentum across teams and phases, enabling a smooth shoot despite tight timelines and an evolving resort environment.
